Payment and Bond Policy

Credit Card required to secure your reservation. Payment will not be taken at time of booking. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation and incidentals will be taken, cash and debit card bonds are not acceptable. All credit card payments will attract an additional 1.5% surcharge with Visa or Mastercard and 3% for AMEX, Union Pay or Diners.of the total invoice. Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit. Please check with the property before sending a cheque
